10 places for Coffee lovers

For people who can’t imagine their day without coffee, we bring You 10 places You should visit in Sarajevo. Of course, there is much more places You can enjoy Your favourite beverage, but we selected 10 by reviews of tourists and locals.

Miris Dunja

A tiny, two-storey place in heart of old town (Baščaršija). They serve a wide range of home-made juices, tea, Bosnian coffee as well as traditional cakes and sweets. The menu is more or less the same as in many other places around the old town, but visitors of ‘Miris Dunja’ are amazed by the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, who make them feel like home.

Art Kuća Sevdaha

Art Kuca Sevdaha Cafe and Museum Sarajevo is the place that honors sevdalinka. The cafe offers Bosnian coffee, sweets like baklava and tufahija, and traditional Bosnian rose juice, which I highly recommend.

Ministry of Cejf

For those who aren’t familiar with the term, ćejf is the ultimate state of something you enjoy. Located in the slightly steep (at least for Sarajevo standards) Kovači street, Ministry of Ćejf is a coffee house located a short walk from Sebilj, Sarajevo’s most famous landmark.

Caffe Bar Andar

Caffe Bar Andar is small cosy place on main pedestrian street, just next to Gazi-Husref bey Mosque. Before it was shoes shop so today, all café bar decoration is about shoes.

Moj Café

Moj Café is a spot right in the very center of town where you can drink a daily coffee, have a business meeting or enjoy a relaxing night out. The cafe is dominated by a large bar and high round tables, the walls have lighter tones and bold details, there are lamps and other elements. On warm days, you can spend time in the outdoor seating area, enjoying the view of the nearby square and the city’s main walking street. The cafe bar also offers a few varieties of sandwiches made with homemade rolls, for those who would like to grab a bite to eat. This cafe bar is located on Trg Fra Grge Martića, just a few steps from the city’s Cathedral.

Talks & Giggles

Talks & Giggles is where you can meet up with friends, old acquaintances and total strangers. It is a place where you can exchange pleasantries, experience different emotions and laugh yourself silly. Would you like to drink a cup (or more!) of fine coffee, enjoy a refreshing limunana (a combination of ordinary lemon, fruits and mint), eat some American pancakes, try Slatki Budžak’s famous cupcakes and cakepops? This can all be done in the warmth of a home, in the small but comfy and special ambience of Papagajka.

EspressoLab

From its humble beginnings, Espressolab has risen to have a visible presence worldwide. The many treasured guests that have stepped into EspressoLab share same passion for coffee and have an extraordinary experience beyond their coffee tasting experiences with world class interior design concept created for stores.

Caffe Kamarija-Point of view

“Caffe Kamarija” is one of the places in Sarajevo where you can spend your day enjoying a full view of the city together with a nice drink & good music.

Spazzio cafe

Spazio Caffe Manuel Sarajevo is the first café of its kind to be opened by the Manuel Caffe chain and is located on Radićeva Street (near BBI Center). First-class products, designed by the Manuel Caffé team and agencies from Milan, a pleasant ambience created in collaboration with local and Italian architects, professionally trained staff and the taste of coffee will make you feel comfortable. Spazio Caffé Manuel – a place where coffee is inhaled, tasted and experienced.

Viennese Café at Hotel Europe

The Viennese Caffee, the most famous city caffee in Sarajevo, is complemented by local and international cuisine, and original dishes in Mozart’s patisserie.
